Thank you for shopping with Crymoreclothing. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. All of our products are made using a print-on-demand process.
Made-to-Order Products
Because each item is printed specifically for you after an order is placed, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Color or style preference changes
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number
Include clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer either:
A replacement item at no additional cost, or
A refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item qualifies due to damage or defect, a replacement will be issued instead.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Crymoreclothing is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. For delayed shipments, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
