When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Because our items are made to order, processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin producing items shortly after an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production. International orders may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Crymoreclothing ships worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Products & Sizing
How are your products made?
All Crymoreclothing items are print-on-demand, meaning each product is printed specifically for you after you place an order. This helps reduce waste and ensures every piece is made fresh.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart available on each product page. We recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our chart.
Will the print fade or crack?
Our products are printed using high-quality methods designed to last. To maintain print quality, we recommend washing items inside out in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low heat.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
What should I do if there’s a problem with my order?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
